Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP OMEN - 30L Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5-Series 3600 and the warranty expired. its defective and there is no image on screen. I'm wondering how much does it cost to get extended warranty to send it for repair.

Hello,

 

you cannot simply buy a CarePack for having an already defective PC repaired.

It's like buying an insurance after something got damaged.

    4. What is not covered:

         r. Any and all pre-existing conditions that occurred (i.e., took place) prior to the date of purchase of the HP
Care Pack service.

 

So, what you can do is contact the HP support or visit a local HP Partner.
