Can I please have a replacement cable? Im unable to contact support as the error code I enter is not valid.

Hi, thanks for that however this was the first place I went for help. I cant request help from here because the error code and serial number I enter is not accepted and I can’t proceed to the next step.
it all seems too hard really….

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
