Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0067c

I inherited a HP 690-0067c desktop and windows 10 is gone . The hard drive has a recovery partition. I cannot do a recovery, reload windows from a USB. use another hard drive that has windows 10 already installed. Also the component test shows everything is good even the hard drive. I NEED THE PROCEDURE TO INSTALL WINDOWS OR DO A RECOVERY. rbcox@**bleep**

The problem was I had lost Windows 10 and the recovery partition .I went into the BIOS and turned of secure boot and reloaded Windows 10. AND NOBODY ON THE FORUMS TOLD ME. I have no problems anymore
