Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to know why my brand new store bought computer that has windows -10 -64 -bit home in the control panel under (Back UP  AND RESTORE it displays WINDOW 7) this is a new computer window 7 is a much older operating system   going obsolete so why is there anything  in the control panel for windows 7  it should be for( windows 10 )  and I did a complete factory reboot and it was still there I don't know a lot about computers but that does not seem right to me at all

It's legacy support for a clever, much used method for backup and restore for Windows 7.
