Welcome to the HP Forum.
Which cooling fan is not working?
You might be able to get a HP replacement part or use a retail fan.
You would have to provide a specific HP PC product number so the Forum can check to see if HP lists this part and offers purchase options.
Or you can check HP Part Surfer for a replacement fan using your PC's product number or the fan part number.
You should be able to do a retail fan (at Amazon, Newegg, or other online sites) if there are no purchase options at HP Part surfer.
