Product: Slimline s5514y pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Need a download of Windows 7.

 

My computer is now corrupted by inadvertent download of Windows 10 - and "help" from others trying to restore Windows 7.

 

Have the Windows 7 product key but Microsoft refers me to the computer mfr. I cannot find any way to get a HP download.

 

Assistance with some direction would be appreciated. I want to start over with a clean copy of Windows 7

Hi:

 

Microsoft does not allow PC manufacturers to provide downloads of OEM versions of Windows.

 

PC manufacturers have to supply physical recovery media.

 

It does not appear that HP supplies recovery media anymore for your model.

 

You can still get a set of W7 recovery disks from this non-HP vendor at the link below.
