@GabTheScripter -- when i tried to boot sea tools to test my disk drive it worked plus no error, but when i try to boot a os installation my pc shutdown
The SEATOOLS software uses a much smaller set of instructions than a "full" installation would use.
Also an "installer" needs to query the hardware, to customize Windows for only the connected hardware, while SEATOOLS requires a disk-drive, a keyboard, a mouse, and a video-card.
Note that SEATOOLS will only test the "physical" status of the disk-drive. Compare to physically inspecting an automobile (tires not flat? gas-tank not empty? battery not dead?), and then not being able to drive the vehicle (electronics failure, broken fan-belt). SEATOOLS is not designed to check the file-system and the presence/absence of specific "boot-files" on the disk-drive. So, while your disk-drive (or your automobile) may physically seem to be OK, there are many things that SEATOOLS does not check.
If you remove the disk-drive, and connect it as the "primary" disk-drive on some other computer (remove the disk-drive that the other computer was using), will this other computer successfully boot into Windows, or do you get your "usual" error-message during the start-up of Windows?

@GabTheScripter -- the only thing i have right now is a laptop
You can connect your disk-drive to this adapter, and connect the adapter to a USB port on your laptop.
