Microsoft Windows Vista

i was attempting to restore HP Games and other software on a e9120y. any ideas of resetting a e9120y back to original? Originally Shipped in windows Vista Ultimate SP2 x64. with:

  1. Norton IS 2009
  2. HP MediaSmart
  3. HP Games
  4. eBay
  5. Snapfish
  6. IE 7
  7. Windows Media Center
  8. Cyberlink
  9. The Sims Life Stories
  10. EasyBits Magic Desktop
  11. **bleep** /w Desktop icon

It's very unlikely that you will be able to do full reset because HP has not supplied recovery media for Vista for years -- and the third-party suppliers have stopped doing that, as well.

OK, then that is what you will have to obtain and use -- as HP no longer carries any Vista recovery media.
