I have 8300 elite, can I use the same files from 8200 elite BIOS update?

hello, me again, I updated the bios to 2.99 and the gpu didn't work. then I went to 3.04, I got the files from here:https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Loyal-HP-User-Can-t-Find-BIOS-U... and the gpu still isn't geting detected. Do you have any idea why this is happening, will be very very appreciated, thanks.
