My desktop has all the minimum requirements for the upcoming Windows 11. Yet, PC Health check app, still states that it will not run Windows 11. Can anyone provide me with the necessary bios settings so that I can enable my PC to run it. Do not wish to purchase a new desktop at this time.

According to the HP specs for your model, it has an Intel i3 7th gen processor -- and Windows 11 requires an 8th gen Intel processor or better.
In addition, your UEFI settings require a Security section that allows you to enable TPM 2.0. If your settings do not have that, you can not simply enable it.
You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just TPM or what the MS tool tells you.
Here is a link to a third-party tool that will check all the currently known requirements for Windows 11 and tell you what fails on your PC: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases
