I have an HP Pavilion 27 inch All-in - One Deskop PC. yesterday  i wanted to reset the pc. i chose the option delete all data and reinstalled windows. after the installation i always get this error message. now i can't start windows anymore. with f11 i did do the installation again but i get the same message again. what can i do?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Sounds like you may have some W11 system corruption or a hardware problem.

 

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem. Run extensive tests.

 

If tests pass you should be able to install W11 by downloading the W11 installation media creation tool Here on a different PC. You have indicated data loss is not a problem. 

 

Create W11 USB installation media for any PC on the second PC.

 

Boot to the W11 USB drive on your PC. Install W11 without a product key. I suggest only connecting the system disk you intend to install Windows on to avoid data loss on a second non system disk.

 

Delete the partitions on the target disk. Then install W11 on the unallocated disk.

 

Your PC should auto activate post installation if the PC is connected to the network.
