"Eternal" loading of the system screen, when testing for errors gave 0g8421-000a56-0g8421-61ws03, in the boot menu changed the order, did not help, tell me what to do, please 🙏🏻

Sorry, but have no idea what you mean by "eternal loading"! You mean trying to boot Windows from an external drive?
That error message means your internal hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
