Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
In the US:

or HP technical support: 800-474-6836. If you live outside the US/Canada Region please click the link below to get the support number for your region.

While the disk-drive is the most-likely component to fail, in your case, some components of the motherboard are failing.
I agree with the Other Person -- contact HP for warranty service.

Spit happens. That is why HP offers a warranty much better than "5 minutes or 15 steps".

Hi
The following component failures are associated with the specific error code:
Device:
Communications
Includes:
GPS, HUB, Modem, Network Card, Network Drive, PCI Card, PCMCIA, Switch, USB.
Rerun diagnostics. Check wireless and all USB ports.
This means you may have a problem with an integrated motherboard component or an add on device such as a WIFI adapter.

I own a computer maintenance and repair company and I have seen this on almost every HP since installing the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Software for Windows software. I believe what the majority of users are seeing is a fault in the software itself. Extensive diagnostics show there are no issues with the machines. I truely believe it is giving a False Positive.

Product Name: HP Pavilion p7-1534 Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
..have ethernet connect
There is no need to look for an "add-in" WiFi adapter, because the default specifications
of the HP Pavilion p7-1534 Desktop PC Product include:
Networking
Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n featuring Single-band (2.4 Ghz) 1x1
• Interface type: PCI express half-length mini card
• Data transfer speeds: up to 150 Mbps
• Transmission standards: 802.11 b/g/n
• Supported antenna connections: up to 2 (model dependent)
• Operating single band: 2.4 GHz (b/g/n)
• Supported security protocols in Windows:
• WPA-PSK
• WPA2-PSK
From the above posts, the consensus seems to be a "false positive" from the software.
