Check this site for HP Desktop/ All in One error codes

Don't see a continuous error code listed. So I would not know what this is. There is a 3:3 error code indicating a graphics problem.

 

The following site shows integrated Radeon graphics. The graphics chip is in the Ryzen CPU.

You will probably need HP factory service or have a local PC tech swap in a replacement CPU to verify the factory CPU has failed.

 

It is possible your MB has discrete Nvidia graphics. The tech could remove and replace this device using a similar part to verify this device has failed. HP do not provide MB images anymore. The images were very helpful when checking MB connections for additional hardware support.
