I've always had the same pin code to log in to my desktop account, now my account does not want to accept my pin code I've never changed. what can i do to get into my desktop account?

A broken or not-working PIN sign-in does not automatically mean you were "hacked".

 

We cannot help directly -- our guidelines prohibit posting or providing any information that might breach security.

MIcrosoft - Change or reset your PIN 

 

There are dozens of articles on the 'net about this subject.

Open your Browser > search for "PIN not working" or other words that make sense to you.
