How do I fix it?

@Dimii -- hard drive connection test failed

Check that the "data" cable is connected to the hard-drive, and to the motherboard.

Check that the "power" cable is connected to the hard-drive.

If you gently touch the case of the disk-drive while the computer is powered-on, do you feel any heat, or any vibration, that would indicate that the hard-drive is actually spinning?

Some computers label the SATA devices as "HD0", then "HD1", then "HD2".

Some computers label the SATA devices as  "HD1", then "HD2", then "HD3".

So, if you have more than one SATA-connected  hard-drive, it is "HD1" that has the issue.

If none of the above helps, then it is time to replace the hard-drive.
