Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this yesterday but can't transfer files on it. Computer keeps saying the hard drive is full no more space. it has a c drive and a d drive and the c drive is full but the d drive is empty. Help please. HP is not being helpful

Your being a tad vague (no model number) so I can not look up the specs. But here goes:

If you have a physical D drive (data drive) then you need to assign folders.

sorry for the vagueness. system is hp pavilion all in one with 1 terabyte hard drive c drive is 118 gb and has 86 MB free even though I haven't put my files on it
