Product: hp all in one pc

so, my cat knocked my computer off of my table BUT it still works, the issue is...it’s stuck in “preparing automatic repair” but then goes to a blank screen. i don’t know what to do, i’ve tried disconnecting the cable, tried using the esc menu thing and it’s still stuck. can you help?

Hi, 

 

Run HP Diagnostics, if possible, to check hardware. The storage device or some other component may have been damaged.

 

Start the PC, tap "ESC", select "F2".

 

Run system tests.
