Hi,

You may have a HP Cloud Recovery option (Link).

You can also use Microsoft (Link) to do a clean install. This option will not give you HP software. So it may not be a good option for you.

You should always back up data but this may not be an option in your case.

first off simple answers are not all ways possible.

we do not know history of PC and how many OS ran there nor how many HDD were replaced there ever and ALL

see whY> (to me it is just a steel box what's inside is for my EYE's to see and have seen it all. (wild to no limits yes)

but is intel gen8 cpu and had w10-64 bit on it new.

there are 2 anwers on all PCs

1: get the HP installer and reload the OS or use the manual, RTM,  covered RECOVERY STEPS.

2: get the MS installer and to a clean load no bloat.

this always a person choice out of warranty

see titles here for HP factory setup. (and limits of recovery manager same PLACE.

NO warranty answers by me.
