i was recently trying to install a game but when installed and i tried opening it ,it showed " denuvo error 2148204812"

Then i learnt uninstalling the latest security update on your windows might help but when i tried it wouldnt because it was regarded as a permanent update .So im asking on how i can uninstall permanent updates on my windows

After you uninstall the update(s), to prevent the update(s) from installing again, run the Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below...
