Hi Bobby48,
3F0 usually means the storage device has failed.
Check to see if the HDD is detected in the BIOS.
Tap "ESC" at system startup.
Select "F10".
Select Device Configuration in the Storage Menu. Is the HDD detected?
Run complete component tests using System diagnostics (F2) if the HDD is detected in the BIOS.

Hi,
Did you go to the BIOS following the directions per my previous response?
You may have a corrupted boot sector if the HDD is okay and you have run full HP diagnostics component tests.
A corrupted boot sector may be fixable or you may have to back up data and reinstall Windows.
Again, 3F0 usually means the HDD has failed.

Hi Bobby,
You have a AIO PC.
You have to take it apart. Remove the HDD.
Connect the HDD to a different PC as a data drive or get a SATA to USB HDD adapter.
Connect the HDD to a different PC using the USB interface provided by the adapter if you choose this method.
Move or copy data from the failing HDD to the second PC or an external backup drive connected to a second PC.
Data transfer may not work if the failing HDD cannot be mounted on a different PC.
Install a new HDD or SSD in the AIO.
Reinstall the operating system on the new HDD or SSD if you don't have operating system image backups.
