Hi All

 

I would like to seek assistance regarding my HP Laptop PC 15s-du3000, which I purchased in 2021 and has been functioning well until recently.
Unfortunately, the operating system has become corrupted, and I am now looking to reinstall it. However, I seem to have forgotten the registered ID that I provided during the initial OS installation. This has posed a challenge for me in proceeding with the reinstallation process.
I am reaching out here to inquire if there is any way for me to retrieve or reset the registered ID associated with my HP Laptop PC 15s-du3000. Your guidance and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as I work towards resolving this issue and getting my laptop back up and running smoothly.
