Hello,
How to keep the product line up to date when no more warranty of the service, why i cannot find my option up date from my HP account instead Microsoft option , please help how to fix the welcome screen show up any time from my screen prevent me to use my PC, even my window 11 version 23H2 is up to date, what should I do to prevent this error, please help

I think I see what you mean:
However, it appears that you can still get your BIOS/driver updates for your AIO once you zoom out, so to speak, to: HP All-in-One 24-df00xx, where HP is still updating the software, as the latest release date for any of these updates originated less than two weeks ago (May 13th, 2024) :

Sorry for the late response, thank you for showing the resolution, I might have another question regarding your respond, I didn't see that page on my account product, so what should I do??, when I select my correctly prodcut it's just show option to contact HP or community because my device is out of guarantees already, what should I do ??, thank you

Your HP All-in-One - 24-df0037c (9ED76AA) as fitted with the MonkD motherboard (SSID: 86F3), has one of these processors installed -please verify:
All three AMD processor options are Windows 11 compatible, but it looks like HP has ceased support for your AIO because of age.
