Hello. I bought an all-in-one desktop PC: HP All-in-One - 22-c0034nf

Today I tried to use the cd but couldn't find how to insert a CD.

I searched in the "device manager" section and I cannot find the reader.

Can you help me please.

If you scroll down to Computer Case and look at the Right side, you will clearly see the CD/DVD drive cover with the button you press to open it.

On the back of the monitor on the right side is the CD/DVD drive -- you press the button to open it.

I called Hp today and they informed me that some models did not have a CD player despite it being physically present and this is the case with my computer. I am disappointed because I did not expect it. Thanks for your help
