Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Are you trying a local recovery available at the PC's HP UEFI Startup Menu or did you use the HP Cloud Recovery option?

 

This is an unusual OS recovery error not seen much in the Forum.

 

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

 

Only connect USB: mouse and keyboard peripherals when trying the recovery again if hardware tests pass.

 

Try a clean W11 install using W11 installation media if the second HP recovery attempt fails.

 

W11 installation media can be created on a different PC by going to this Site.
