Open "File Explorer".
Click with the second (usually the RIGHT-side) button on the icon for the CD/DVD drive.
Choose "Eject".

Across the bottom row of your screen is a yellow-coloured icon, that looks like a "file-folder".
So, "hover" your mouse-pointer over it, until a pop-up "balloon" appears, to annotate the icon.
Then, click it.

After I click on "Computer", this is what I see:
I realize that the above image will not immediately appear -- it requires a "moderator" on this forum to "approve" the message.
In the meantime, if you see the 'DVD' icon, double-click on it.
Windows will open the tray, and tell you to insert some media.
