My computer died, the tecnician said that it is the video card. We have purchased a new HP pavilion.
My husband wants to try to fix the old one. I was wondering if someone can tell me where I can get a new video card or motherboard (because the video card is fused onto the motherboard).
I live in Rome Italy.
Is it best to bring to a computer repair shop to have them switch it? Is it even worth it?
My husband is an electrician and used to these types of cards for video intercoms. I believe he can do it with the proper part.
On the HP website it says the the motherboard is Quanta Crane-4G
and the video card is AMD R7 A360 discreta
I would appreciate any help, options or opinions.
Thank you in advance
