Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
i have a windows 7 computer desktop and i upgraded it to windows 10 but i accedently deleted everything (files,programes...)
and when i open my windows it says no operetion systeme detected
and i tryed a lot of things and watched a lot of vids but nothing did help
i dont have CD that can install windows 7
i dont know what i need to do or install

You will have to have the model & serial number for the computer to order the Recovery media.  Here is a link to help you find them:

 

http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07555

 

I beleive that you can buy the Recovery disks so you don't have to use USB.  If you still are having problems, I suggest that you get help from someone who can help you locally.

@zamks, welcome to the forum.

 

I suggest that you begin tapping the "Esc" key when the computer begins to boot.  This should bring up a Recovery menu.  You can choose the option that applies to your situation.  If you this doesn't work, here is a guide to help you order the Recovery media.

This is your only option if you didn't make the media when you bought the computer.

but i need a big explaination because i dont know how to go to USB to install windows 7 and i dont know wish recovery or programe do i need
