Hi:

When I enter the model number of your PC, I get a message that the model series has been retired.

Official HP® Support

If the PC has the same ROM Family 2AF3 motherboard as the one in this discussion, I have posted the info and exe file links to that update, but it doesn't seem that it ended well for this person.

I don't understand why since he wrote it worked fine, and then it didn't?

Update the BIOS at your own risk.

Thanks for your attention and support

but I still have the same problem, I know that this product is retired and unfortunately most of PCs and laptops that we try to fix are retired and the customer usually not able to buy a new PC/ Laptop, so I suggest him to buy an old Device to fit Apps minimum requirements, as z240 or zbook ...  and sometimes we have to download the official Drivers or BIOS update because windows update is not enough for Hardware upgrade and when I try to open support at your site, I face the same problem and I am not familiar about your company technical details to find a compatible BIOS / Drivers from another model,

All other brands there is a Legacy section for retired and discontinued models at their support official page, but nowadays its look like the pages are deleted or server error at your official site only

so is this an error or it will be like that forever ...

Thanks

You're very welcome.

This is a peer to peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

HP's policy for consumer PC and printer support is 10 years.

The release date for the 810-200 model series is beyond that 10 year support timeframe, so the support pages have been removed and it is not a temporary issue with the support site.

Unfortunately we are then left to our own devices to find drivers for retired HP PC's.

It is a terrible policy, but it is what it is.

For PC's that have been retired, I always use this reputable 3rd party driver site to find the drivers and software I need.

HP ENVY Phoenix 810-220ne drivers

Since the PC was not supported by HP for W10, there is only one driver that won't work and that is the IDT audio driver.

This W10 driver from a newer model PC will almost always work on older HP desktop PCs that have the IDT audio chip:
