Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Run (copy/paste/enter) the following command in CMD (Command Prompt) as Administrator:

wmic path softwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

 

If this doesn't show you your Windows license number go to REGEDIT and locate:

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

 

And you will find your Windows license key to the right of "BackupProductKeyDefault".
