ok so i restored my computer the other day because i couldnt for the life of me get my wifi to connect....only to my computer... so i restored it.... well i lost a few things like my silhouette cameo program... and so i went to re download it and when i went to open it it had an error said something about the drive... someone please HELP!!!!

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

It would be good to know the specific HDD error message you see at boot.

 

But strange operating system behavior causing one to do a system restore or factory reset is usually not good.
