how to find BitLocker keys for Device object ID d5e18260-1f1e-4131-a298-2cc3ded2264e after disabled after disable lost device clicked on office 365 account. please advice

If that doesn't help your only option would be to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

All files currently on the drive are encrypted and forever unrecoverable.
