Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer

Had printer replaced.  Original printer serial number [personal info removed] ;   replacement serial number is [personal info removed] that is not recognized.  Set up printer, filled all the tanks and now see blinking M and Y on screen.  Please help.  Very frustrated!
