I install a new harddrive in my computer like a hundred times befor, I have factor disk (easy ok ) ha!
Put in disk 1 and up pop this error.
this cd contains a backup software of the originally installed on a hp pavilion pc,
If you are receving this message on a hp pavilion,please call hp support. that it no way out .
all they want is $$$$$$

HP does not sell the recovery media for your desktop as it is more than three generations past the current desktop models in the market.
If you download a Windows 7 ISO you should be able to use it to install the operating system.
Use the OS license activation key on the Microsoft Windows certificate of authenticity sticker that should be on the side or rear of your desktop PC..
There will be twenty-five characters in the key.
