intel graphics driver

Ok, I have an update for Intel Graphics Driver,this is the 3rd day that the install failed. I had a GeForce GT730 graphics card installed when I purchased this desktop. Do I even need this update since I use the Nvidia card? Either way I need to know why this update won't install. I just uninstalled HP Support Assistant and reinstalled it because it wouldn't open and re-installed it and one of the 1st 3 updates I tried to install the graphics driver won't update.

Hi:

Ignore the Intel graphics driver update.

The driver won't install because the onboard Intel graphics adapter is disabled by default, since you have the GT 730 installed.

You would have to remove the nVidia graphics card to install the Intel graphics driver update, and I see absolutely no value in doing that.

You would have to first uninstall the nvidia graphics adapter and driver in the device manager, then shut down the PC, then remove the nvidia card, restart the PC, and then let the HPSA install the Intel graphics driver update.

Then the correct way to install a graphics card would be to uninstall the Intel graphics adapter and driver in the device manager, shut down the PC, install the nvidia graphics card, restart the PC, and install the nvidia graphics driver again.
