HP PAV 590
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my wife's PC every time she launches her browser she gets the notification: "INTEL OPTANE (TM) MEMORY PINNING unable to load .DLL

'iaStoreAfsServiceApi.dll. The specified module cannot be found (Exception from HRESULT: 0X8xxxxxx"

Can't read the error code it is truncated in the notification.

Is there a way to correct this behavior?

All suggestions and help will be appreciated.
