Hi, My internal SD card reader has just stopped working, I cannot locate it in device manager, so I have download the Realtek card reader driver from the HP site and it says its installed but it still doesn't show in device manager even after a restart?
I've put the sd card back in the camera and it works fine, ?
Thanks
J

Greetings @mcmx11
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Generally, the component has probably failed if you don't see the device in Device Manager.
The component is not talking to the BIOS. Windows can't see the component.
Regards
