Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I enter the wrong pin so now send me a message telling me: Windows Alert: Incorrect pin entered too many times, Enter A1B2C3, I type the A1B2C3 so I can insert my pin, but it seems I am going in a circle, because windows tell me: I entered too many time and I have to wait 2 hours to try again. It this normal?
