You cannot implement it , it is done during PC assembling/manufacturing.

Please, explain what is your problem, what are your issues with the computer that you are trying to do this with the UEFI. Provide as many details as possible. Thanks.

i am still trying to implement uefi on my 3400 microtower
i have since updated to windows 10
here are my specs
HP PRO 3400 Series desktop
4GB DDR3-1333 RAM
2ABF 1.30 hp desktop system board
Intel Core i3-2125
Microsoft Windows 7 pro
chipset sandy bridge socket 1155 LGA
instructions mmx sse sse2 sse3 sse4.1 sse4.2 em64t vt-x avx
bios could be either
ami 7.17 3/23/12
versus
reboot > F10 > system information > system bios CUP_716.rom v7.16
graphics intel hd graphics 3000 board mfg 0x103c (0x2abf)
hp pro 3400 desktop
motherboard foxconn 2abf 1.30
i can find no way to choose legacy or uefi like i can on my Laptop 4540s
all help appreciated
