I have a HP ZBook 15 G4, It had a motherboard issue and I have purchased a new one and fitted it.
The laptop is working fully as far as I can tell. Up to yet no issues. However on starting it has 2 red banners at the top of the screen that say
System booting in manufacturing mode followed by a 2 digit number that counts down on every start up
and
Your system is not fully configured. Please contact HP Customer Support,
I have figured out that the reason is, missing product Information
Under the following category' s
Feature Byte
Build ID
Serial Number
SKU Number
Product name
It has a code System Board (OOA)
All the information on the casing has worn off, so I do not have any of this information, I also do not have the original box, it came in.
Im sorry its a long post, But can someone give me some guidance on how to resole this.
Also the countdown has reached 1, is there anything supposed to happen when it reached 0?
Kindest regards Patrick
