Sorry for this post message not technical issue .
Getting HD problem . try to F11 recovery →unable to solve .
call center told me replace HD for me .
But malaysia Kuala Lumpur service team no one help me ...
I was calling HP call center english team .
Always answer the same , malaysia service team will contact you end of the day .
However , untill now no one contact me .
I understand select english option connect to other country .
I"m Foreigner , not local malaysian .
Try to select bahasa malaysia , they told me please call english team ,
we can not support you because this case create by english team .
very inconvenient and not service mind .
Not help customer if you are Foreigner ?

Where is the PC purchased from (what country) ?
Where are you originally from and where you are located now ?
How did you contact HP (via phone ?) What phone number did you use ?

purchased in malaysia last month .
my location in malaysia too .
but i can not speak local language .
so, contact english team via phone .
