Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

i recently had a screen come up says hp sparekey recovery usb . I tried downloading the file from the website but it said i had to add a printer to open a **bleep** file which make 0% sense and i cant . So then i looked up videos on how to fix it and i see you can do a key command to recover the last bios installed on the hard drive , it didnt work . It just went back to the hp sparkey recovery usb so now im in a good old loop
