Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP touch smart 310 that comes on shows preparing for auto fix then goes to a blue screen that says choose your keyboard layout but will go no further, the mouse and keyboard are inoperable.

Does the touch screen work?  If so, select the on screen keyboard to get into windows.

Wi-Fi keyboard and mouse?  You may want to invest in a cheap USB pair for occasional problems such as windows update messing with Wi-Fi

 

Post back if you get into windows but cannot fix the keyboard problem.
