Your PC appears to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

If you plan on using the tool on another Windows PC, there is a trick you need to do in order to get the tool to recognize your PC's product number.

 

Enter the product number in the cloud recovery tool window where indicated.

 

Then immediately press the Enter key.

 

If you click off that window, it will return an invalid product code error.

 

You want everything to be grayed out except for the Next button on the lower right side of the window.
