Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My hard drive crashed and  I do not have a recovery disk. how can i get a recovery disk. Thank you for your help.

If you don't want to reinstall W10 for free by using the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable W10 USB flash drive, the only place I know of where you can get a recovery kit for your PC would be from this vendor at the link below:
