Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your PC?
If you don't know, use this guide for how to find that info...

Hi:
The product specs for your model indicate that it originally came with W8.1 'standard.'
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04074282
I don't see that HP sells recovery media for that model.
So the only suggestion I can offer would be to make your own W8.1 installation media and use that to reinstall Windows.
Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media, using another Windows PC, if yours is not working...You want W8.1 64 bit.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
The W8.1 product key is in the BIOS, so as long as you installed the right version of W8.1, windows should not ask for a product key to be entered.
I have also zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft tool which hopefully will transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so it is bootable.
Then you can install the available drivers and software from your PC's support page.

If you choose to install W8.1 by making the DVD, you will need to go into the BIOS, enable legacy mode and disable secure boot.
