I inherited this unit from my dad and I am trying to reimage it for his great granddaughter. It did reimage ok but do to a power outage before I configured it the image is corrupt and it fails the repair. I am attempting to reimage from thee cloud download I enter the security key and immediately get a failed to connect to network. Wondering if I need to set something in the bios to enable the network boot

Your PC is no longer supported by the HP cloud recovery tool since it is more than 5 years old.
You have two options:
1. You can order the original HP factory software image from this vendor:
2. You can use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page:
