The BIOS updates are located on this page
The problem might be that they are for Windows 7, so in order to see them the OS needs to be changed when it asks for it. They will ask which OS is installed.
There is also the question of which CPU group is present in the model you have. There are several updates available but for different ROM Families.
So, the question might be "What BIOS is presently installed? and try to match the present BIOS version to the newer ones, if present" Next question is why do you think you need a newer BIOS?
BIOS updates can be risky and the user needs to be aware of the risks VS the benefits of doing the updates on these older systems. In other words, if it is working and there are no other benefits (the newer version is not going to give you any extra anything) other than the new version, why take a risk for no benefits?

Well the info posted in my earlier post is still valid. Still - click on the link posted above about finding the BIOS updates -you can try one to see what actually happens. There is supposed to be a routine that runs to determine if the BIOS update is the correct one for the ROM family, that is assuming it will run in Windows 10.
I look for assistance in trying to find the ROM family. In this thread @Paul_Tikkanen is helping another find that info.
Note the response from him and see if the zipped up program will identify the ROM family of your PC.
On the Windows 11 thing, Paul can also assist with that.too. He has tips on installing Windows 11 on a non-supported PC.
