The 3770 is a 3rd Gen Intel CPU (Ivy Bridge). 

 

Check this site https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000006105/processors.html 

 

The upgrade is supported, with caveats, on Windows 10 64 bit.

 

Microsoft should provide drivers since HP does not provide W10 driver support.

 

Try the W10 Update Assistant https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 

 

The W10 update installer may fail if W10 detects integrated, unsupported, MB hardware. Disconnect unnecessary peripherals during the update process. 

 

Back up data before attempting the W10 update.

personally i upgraded windows 7 to windows 10 when it came out and upgraded for free
No problem, for the most part
on the other hand, it will be necessary to install at least this driver for the audio


 try the drivers here, may be enough:

I don't know if it would work as well from a full install of windows 10, I just updated
