Windows 10
Screen goes from HP recovering to blue with page fault in nonpaged area fault.
F11 does nothing... still comes up with looping issue above.
F10 brings up set up utility but can only go yes/no .. can not move anywhere else.
Escape .. went in and changed to dvd/cd to try recovery disc.. will not boot from that.
Escape.. F10 brings up setup utility and can move around but don't know what will do any good in there.
Google says to go back to a previous point.. I don't know if anything is set for a previous point, but also can't find a way to do it.
I have tried changing secure boot to disable for recovery discs .. still nothing.. It comes up with HP .. and then goes to a dark blue blank screen.. then back to error page.. never says anything about pressing any key to continue.

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.
You have a couple of different options to chose from ...
--------------------
The first is that of specialized forums where where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs. These are available depending on the OS involved, as follows:
The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
--------------------
The second is using free software to examine the logs that BSODs produce. This app is known as bluescreenview and is available from NirSoft, from here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
You will then have to go online to do searches with that information to get further suggestions about what to do.
Good Luck
